WORKSHOP NOVEMBER 4th-7th 2021
A Ceremony to purify our Mind, Body, and Spirit
The Wixarika culture believes that whenever we experience or live through a significant life challenge or trauma, our mind, body, and spirit can get out of balance. If we ignore the signs of the stress this creates in our system it can manifest in various ways and illnesses, therefore we do an intense ceremony to alleviate any physical or spiritual discomfort. We feel that it is very nurturing and a blessing for everyone when we gather together as a group to do these kind of ceremonies together.
Rutury has spoken to his Wixarika Elders about the pandemic we are currently battling and they encouraged him to offer a workshop to purify the mind, body, and spirit, just like they are doing it in their villages. In this workshop we will learn how to nurture ourselves especially after ceremonies and blessings, and put our intentions into rebalancing our systems from the challenging time we have been through this past year. Rutury will be sharing stories from his Elders about how they see our world and the human tribe.
$750 fee includes accommodations and meals.
If you are interested please email anaya@ancientsprings.com and we will send you more specific details about this workshop, our accommodations, our chefs, the schedule, and our Covid considerations.
